We'll always remember her sense of humor and that beautiful smile

I was on Guard of Honour, waiting for the King of Saudi Arabia, on Horseguards.

On the right flank; Scots Guard (100 guardsmen) a gap, HM The Queen;
mounted in uniform alongside her the CO Colonel Gerald, another gap,
then on the left flank, the Queen’s Company Grenadier Guards (100
guardsmen).

We’re stood at ease waiting.

Suddenly the silence was broken by Colonel Gerald’s charger erupting
with horse farts at full volume for two minutes.

Embarrassed and staring straight ahead Colonel Gerald says, “Sorry
about that your Majesty!”

She replies, in a wonderful voice, “That’s alright Gerald, . . . I
thought it was your horse!”

200 guardsmen silently cried with laughter, and tapped their rifle
butts on the gravel.

From that moment, every man there adored her!

Breaking news - the DOJ was caught not releasing a page.  Trump published it.

And there are a handful of Republicans who seem to want to now also restrict access even to contraceptives. The latter pretty much affects everyone and I don't see a lot of fellow Republicans forcefully repudiating such positions.

I’d be willing to be that most Republicans aren’t aware of such efforts, this the reason for no repudiation. There is practically no support for such a thing outside the fringe elements pushing it.

Spin Zone / Re: FEMA flood insurance acknowledgment
« on: July 22, 2022, 02:57:54 PM »
We got those FEMA mails every year (we had a stream through our back yard and a river less than a mile away.) There is no requirement to return the acknowledgement.

From their FAQ:
https://www.floodsmart.gov/information-new-policyholders

"The purpose of the form is to let policyholders know that the information in the packet is important and should be reviewed and retained. When completed and returned, the form helps the NFIP make sure that the packet reached the policyholder.

Two copies of the form are enclosed in the packet. One is to be returned in the prepaid envelope provided; the other is for you to save for your records.

The Flood Insurance Reform Act (FIRA 2004) does not require that the form be returned, and there are no consequences if you choose not to return the form. Only one policyholder needs to sign the form, even if the NFIP policy is issued in the names of more than one person."

I keep checking to see if Jim has replied to any of our latest posts here in response to the data he shared. Meanwhile, the drug lords are up to their data-manipulating tricks again. Now going for babies.

https://stevekirsch.substack.com/p/this-4-min-video-should-be-mandatory

I didn't agree with the claim that the vaccines weren't effective for saving lives or that the CDC stats were manipulated to show effectiveness over unvaccinated. So I posted what I could find that disputed that. I could add more sources and arguments but that would probably be beating the proverbial dead horse. Not going to do that if it looks like it loses friends.

I've always said that vaccination mandates or any other pressures to be vaccinated were authoritarian evils not to be tolerated. And I agree that the risks to children and young people aren't worth the claimed benefits even when there are no mandates. Naive parents are being needlessly  pressured.

Hopefully that makes my positions clearer.

Scanning through that pile of stinking horse crap, I see nothing in there about where the electricity is supposed to come from to feed all those charging stations.

You can also watch the video I posted a link to above from the AZ Senate meeting. Both Englebrecht and Phillips appeared. They went into to detail about the methods used. If you fast forward to the beginning of the actual hearing you will save a lot of time.

Most recently a lady in AZ changed her plea from not guilty to guilty because of information presented in 2000 Mules.

Again, the intent was not prove any one candidate received unwarranted votes, but to show that the harvesting took place and that xxx,xxx number of ballots were illegal based on harvesting being illegal. They were really showing how poor a job these states did of monitoring the drop boxes and how easily the system was manipulated with the harvesting.

Unfortunately, once those ballots go into the box there us no way to discount them.

But as pointed out you can conduct an investigation and get to the truth, but the PTB won’t do it.  I was surprised to learn that the team had actually identified some of the mules, simply using the location data, which led to home address, etc.  The NSA sweeps ALL this up yet cannot (legally) unmask identities without a FISA court warrant.  Private citizens are under no such constraints.

Not being a lawyer I don’t know the ins and outs of whether the information uncovered that way is admissible.   But it is surely enough to warrant an investigation, no pun intended.  As pointed out, if simply being on the Capitol grounds on Jan 6 was enough to bring a SWAT team (guns drawn) to your home, then this is more than enough to get proper warrants and get to the bottom of it.

Getting a FISA warrant is a joke, basically a rubber stamp for anyone who has any kind of grudge and can cook up a lie.  We know this for fact.  So use the FISA court properly for once and investigate a real crime.  There is more than enough probable cause.

They simply won’t do it, because they are in on it.  The DOJ, FBI, etc. are infested with Trump hating Democrats (edit: and RINOs) who convinced themselves fraud was justified as saving the country from an evil fascist.  Of course they won’t investigate.  There is too much “there” there and they damn well know it.

Actually, “data are” is correct.  “Data” is plural.  “Datum” is singular.
Yeah, I know.  It just sounds wrong.  Like those pretentious folk who insist on using the "ethnic" pronunciations of particular words as they speak.  It's jarring and unnatural.

In the database / IT world, it's long been settled science that the proper use is "data is".  One of the pioneers of database says so in his footnotes, and I'll see if I can find it.  I think it's E.F. Codd but I'm not sure.  Anyway, it's a plural word like "sand".  You don't say "The sand are hot" even though you're referring to more than one grain of sand.  Or rice.  Or water.  Yes, it has latin roots and all that.  But we're here in America where we invented computers and data and everything right and noble.  Gosh darn it, DATA IS!
