Lara Kollab, 27, was a supervised resident at the Cleveland Clinic — she must be one of those ‘moderates’ we keep hearing about.
“Hahha ewww… ill (sic) purposely give all the yahood the wrong meds…” Kollab posted in a January 2012 tweet.
"Yahood” is Arabic for “Jew.”

My wife did her residency and fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. 2001-2007.
On 9/11, a Muslim doctor was fired after it was found that he was pointing at the twin towers on TV and openly celebrating. This was at the hospital and in front of patients.

On this point I differ somewhat. I grew up in the Detroit area, which has a very high concentration of immigrants from the Middle East. In some suburbs (Dearborn especially), mosques are at least as common as churches. Until 4 years ago I worked in a department that was about 20% Muslim, mostly graduate students on visas, several women wearing traditional garb including the hijab. I was there on 9/11/01 and remember that everyone was shocked and upset by the events that were unfolding, including the Muslims. (For that matter, my thesis advisor was Muslim.)
Of course this is anecdotal evidence, but so is the case in the OP. How are we to know what percentage are secret terror sympathizers? By definition they are not going to reveal themselves.
Of course there are some who radicalize and then they are very open about it, but personally I would be surprised if the sympathizers were more than a tiny minority.

I have. A few American focused groups, but very few clerics. Which means that some individuals object, but the vast majority of Muslims are still taught that their religion endorses violence and domination. It is part of the Arab culture, so it should not be surprising.

Most of the victims of Islamic fundamentalists are other Muslims. As a result, the violence that is being perpetrated is purely for political purposes and a lot of Muslims are fed up with it. Religion is the guise - power is the objective.
