op-ed piece in the Boston Herald today has the headline "Media goes negative on Trump coverage"
At first I thought it was about the media going negative about all the negative coverage of President Trump.
Silly me.
Apparently the op-ed author has been living under a rock for the past 4 years. Apparently he is only now noticing how negative and snarky the coverage of President Trump has been.

I watched a convicted thief on 60 Minutes years ago say that thieves see your property as theirs. You have it right now, but it rightfully it is theirs. So they don’t steal it, they merely take it back.

Yep. This goes along the lines of defund the police, release felons from prison, bow down to BLM and treat ANTIFA like patriots.
The progressive left want total chaos to take over and demoralize the population. Once the crash finally happens then they can usher in their socialist utopia policies and laws. The promised "fundamental transformation".
I can see the free states pushing back, but the liberal hell holes will succumb.
According to Lord Tytler, a Scottish Historian, the average age of the world's democracies is around 200 years. After two hundred years, the nations collapse due to various economic policies and be followed by a dictatorship. Lord Tytler identified "Eight Stages of a Democracy", from beginning to end. The eight stages go from bondage to spiritual faith; from spiritual faith to great courage; from courage to liberty; from liberty to abundance; from abundance to complacency; from complacency to apathy; from apathy to dependence, and finally from dependence back to bondage. Life and our universe moves in cycles, and history is no different. So, in our Democratic form of a Republic, which stage do you suppose we are in?
Right now we are in "apathy to dependence". Voter apathy is rampant, which has given us people like Gov Whitmer, Gov Pritzker, AOC, and other career politicians.
The dependence is rising as the progressive left are desperately trying to inflate the welfare state once again. This next election, if won by the democrats (WH, House and Senate) will see the largest wealth redistribution in our history. We will start down the path to become the next Venezuela.
