Rush, glad you are okay. Be careful trying to get to the courthouse. Good Luck.

I think this could be an inside job to remove him from office. They plant the material, let it be known to the world where it was at, and tell the media to run with it. They then pull Joe aside and tell him to step down with the promise of a pardon for him and his son. Now they can let Harris sink on her own and get brand new candidates for the next election.
You can play the role of the jurist that Henry Fonda played in "Twelve Angry Men". Don't forget to wear all white. Then she'd look like the douches that the Democrat Congress women wore to the SOTU a few years go.
Actually I think the actor that played that kid ended up a Walmart greater.
Continental cylinders are failing and killing 1% pilots whose engines malfunction.
FAA: OMG, Emergency AD to ground all airplanes with Continental cylinders!
ACME Aerospace: Hey, we just paid off the largest criminal fine in history for previous misconduct, and we have this radical new cylinder design we drew up yesterday in AutoCAD  Don't worry, it's been used in a Wankel rotary engine on cars for decades.
Government: Here's a gazillion dollars, produce it immediately.
ACME Aerospace: Sure, I like money. *produces 6 cylinders, makes one trip around the pattern, declares them good to go.*
FAA: Sounds good to me! "Free" cylinders for everyone with a Continental engine! Until they ship, Continental Engines must be kept at LEAST 60' away from Lycoming, Franklin and Rotax engines. Additionally, they must all change their air filters daily; even if they are in their hangars by themselves.
Pilots: Sweet; I feel much safer.
Smart pilots: Umm... About the testing? This is a brand new kind of cylinder, right? Does Acme Aerospace even have a PMA? Hey, I've been having some pretty good luck with LOP ops, regular oil changes with a bit of Marvel Mystery Oil and cam guard keeping my cylinders operating just fine, can I just keep using that?
Pilots: Shut up, conspiracy theorist! Engineering-denier! Anti-Piston!
FAA: Emergency AD: Marvel Mystery Oil and CamGuard cannot be used in certified engines.
A few months later:
FAA: We have granted an emergency authorization.
The next day...
FAA: Emergency AD: ACME AEROSPACE CYLINDERS MUST BE INSTALLED ON ALL PISTON AIRCRAFT - EVEN DIESELS - BEFORE FURTHER FLIGHT, and did I mention they are "free!" Also, the Aviation Distancing Policy of 60' and daily air filter changes remains in effect even after compliance with this AD.
Pilots: Sweet!
Smart pilots: Uhh... tell me more about the PMA? And, can I see the testing you used to certify these cylinders? Oh, you want to wait 75 years to release it? Hmmm.. Also, what's with all the commercials and social media posts about failing Continental cylinders?? I can't seem to even ask questions on social media without my posts being covered up by "fact-checkers" I've never heard of.
A few months go by:
FAA: We have issued Acme Aerospace a PMA for part numbers beginning with 98-000003. These cylinders are approved, but they are legally distinct from the cylinders with prior serial numbers.
Pilots: I just got mine!
Smart pilots: Uhhh.. the 8130 is blank. The serial number stamped on the flange is 13-847.
Pilots: The FAA says these are interchangeable. "Legally distinct" doesn't mean anything.
Smart pilots: But these aren't PMA and they are not approved. Are you sure you want to carry your family in this? I'm pretty sure "legally distinct" means something, dude...
Pilots: Why are you endangering my family by flying over them with Continental cylinders? Engineering-denier!
Elon Musk: Hey, I just bought Twitter, and you won't believe what the FAA has been doing, colluding with social media to shut down any discussion of cylinder replacement and Acme Aerospace.
FAA: You will be required to change your cylinders every hundred hours of flight time.
A few months go by...
NTSB: we sure have been investigating a lot of engine failures lately.
Pilots: Can't be the cylinders like the ones I just installed; must be because they were operating LOP with MMO.
FAA: We changed the definition of accident to specifically exclude engine failures; also cylinders are only required to make a 10/80 in a compression test now.
Smart pilots: What were the serial numbers of the cylinders in the mishap aircraft? What is the data behind the reduction in the compression test threshold? Also, can these families sue Acme Aerospace for their product? Can they sue you, the FAA?
FAA: Please meet us at your plane tomorrow morning with your logbooks for a ramp check. Also, we will be pulling your ADS-B logs to check for compliance and possible enforcement action.
Pilots: Ha-ha! That's what you get, engineering-denier.
NTSB: Umm... it sure looks like the engines we see in these crashes have several systemic failures we've never seen in engines at this age/hours before. Also, we're getting a lot of noise about other maintenance induced failures that may or may not be related to these cylinders during the swap-out.
FAA: Weird, must be global warming
Engine Overhaulers: None of the parts coming in on 75% of the engines brought to us for overhaul can be used; they've been contaminated by something. *Collectively submits 33,000 Service Difficulty Reports to the FAA*
FAA: Anyone can submit those; those numbers are totally unreliable. Hey Acme Aerospace, what serial number are you up to now? Have you gotten to 98-000000003? No? You don't have ANY 98 series cylinders made? Oh, well... I guess just keep shipping the 13 series cylinders. Also, hey, thanks a lot for letting us use your new corporate retreat in Aspen for our annual Christmas Party.
Smart Pilots: Hey, FAA, can I have my licenses back yet? Also, there are more SDRs for these cylinders than all other SDRs for all other components combined. I feel like there's something there you could have a look at. Also, pretty please can I fly again?
NTSB: The general aviation piston crash data for 2022 when compared to 2021 and prior is much hig....
FAA: Zip it! It's just because of the cold snap we experienced last week.
*insert TV commercial for SEDS (Sudden Engine Death Syndrome)*
The "oppressors"Whew! That's a relief.
Furthermore, the court found that the mandate was “arbitrary and capricious” as COVID-19 vaccines do not stop transmission, vitiating any rational basis for a mandate.
If you’re going to let illegals in, then at least train them in the jobs we desperately need filling. Construction, transportation and farming. And cooks and waitresses. Don't forget cooks and waitresses. Have you been to a restaurant lately? Two hour wait with empty tables all over because they don't have enough cooks and waitresses.
I would like to have seen that. But would that make me a racist? According to a chart posted recently it would. You’re only a racist if you notice that Donalds is black, AND/OR if you don’t notice that he is black.
