Pilots are only human. Being blocked from getting out of a parking lot would push anyone’s buttons. Not saying he wasn’t wrong, he did damage property but I’d cut him some slack. It highlighted a chronic problem with the lot. Maybe now it will be addressed and fixed.

For a time Mrs. Steingar had a pet Cockatiel. One day the thing shook itself, and this giant cloud of feathers emerged and spread all over the place. I of course said in my best Southern accent "I keep all my feathers numbered in case of such an emergency". It was funny.

My SIL keeps African Parrots. Those things are creepy intelligent.

We currently have a cockatiel and a Sengal parrot.

Guy goes in a pet store and buys a parrot. Takes it home, and immediately the parrot starts using vulgar language and insults.
Day after day, every time he walks past the parrot, it hurls vulgar insults.
Finally one day, this fellow can’t take it any longer. As the parrot is hurling insults, the owner grabs him, opens the freezer door and shoves it in, and slams the door.
After a few minutes, guilt overcomes the owner. He walks over and opens the freezer door. Amazingly the parrot calmly walks out, looks at the owner, and says
“Sir, I wish to apologize for my behavior. I shall not use insults or vulgarities any longer in your home”
Then the parrot looks at the owner, and quietly ask “So, what did the Turkey do to anger you?”

There is a creeper guy in Warbirds camping at OSH that walks around with a damned bird on his shoulder. It’s great when he walks through the food area at the Warbirds picnic, with birdshot down the back of his shirt.
I hate birds.
I’ll find a video of him. I have a friend, Jeff Kaney, who flew a MiG-17 at OSH, and well as an F-5. Bird man walks up into the interview and distracts Jeff as he’s talking. What a creeper.

I love F-5s and MiG-17s! Saw the vid. Yeah, guy is creepy, especially with the bird. WTF? Thanks.

Looks like he has a Warbirds of America "Support" ID badge. Date on it is 2018. Is that still valid? And yeah, he's creepy. Manages to make the interview all about him.

I think he’s in some maintenance role in the Warbirds area. I’d be shocked if it was anything related to aircraft, but maybe scooters, golf carts, building mx, etc. He was still around this year, with the requisite bird shit down his back.

Tropical birds must be like monkeys. You can’t potty train them because they have no instinct to care where the scent of their droppings goes because they evolved in jungle canopies where their poop falls to the ground far away so they just poop whenever.
