Actually, it sounds like he did, at the end. But only for self-defense when they started shooting at him.

But, there was no intent to kill, so he should have been off the hook.

France has some of the strictest gun control laws. How did the terrorist get a gun? Yes I know most were killed by him using a truck.

If Hillary was driving that truck, that certainly would have been the explanation as to why she wasn't charged with murder.

Taking their lead from post 9/11 stuff, the TSA and DHS has called for restrictions on motorcycles and bicycles.
