So he was on Parole so already PROHIBITED from touching a firearm. This is typical of what the Leftists call "Gun Violence" usually already a Felon, prohibited from touching a firearm but gets one ILLEGALLY an then uses it illegally to commit a crime.  Surprise surprise. 

Their solution? More gun laws in addition to the 22,000 already on the books. More gun laws only to further restrict then remove the gun rights of the law abiding only.
