are you giving odds?

100% opposite. Obie will be all dressed up, and give a flourishing speech telling us how great he was when in reality he was a flaming, opportunist, oppressive commie.

Unfortunately, if he does we can't make a causal determination for a couple reasons, but two come immediately to mind:
1- Day of week - if he speaks on a weekday then I think his pattern is to wear a tie, weekends not
2- Perhaps he "learned his lesson" and decided to yield to the criticism given on PilotSpin

I would give odds that Barack Obama will give a speech (statement - whatever) where he references himself far more than the late, corrupt, UN head.
