I don't understand how we allow these activist judges to have so much power. Law schools are now just another liberal/progressive indoctrination centers. More regs, more laws more business for the lawyers. We have no built in recourse for bad judges. We are losing the country that brave men fought, and died for. I think of that every time I drive past Valley Forge.

States are going to have to pass laws nullifying what are considered unconstitutional federal orders. That's the only remedy I can see.
-
How is immigration to the United States of America not a Federal Issue? Last I checked Indiana was largely landlocked.

The Federal Government is free to ASK AROUND if any of the States are willing to accept said refugees, in furtherance of its immigration goals. It is not free to COMPEL a particular state to accept refugees if the people of the state say otherwise. It also imposes an unfunded mandate upon the people of that state.

That's patent nonsense. The Federal government represents the US in its dealings with other nations, including immigration. Next you're going to say that the Fed has to poll the States in order to make a treaty.

What do you think the term "Sovereign States" means? There are a host of cases on Sovereign immunity, meaning an individual can't sue a state in federal court without the state's consent. I don't have time to get into that further right now, but the states are not simply different zip codes of the federal government.

And might have to again one day soon...
As the federal government goes bankrupt at a faster and faster pace, they will absolutely ramp up preying upon citizens and businesses to remain solvent as long as possible, no doubt causing armed reaction.

Actually, yes. That's why the Senate is the body that ratifies treaties and not the House. The Senate's role is to represent the States in Washington, D.C., whereas the House represents the people.

That was certainly the original intent, but 17th Amendment killed that idea.
