These people are very courageous. They and their families will be targeted. But it looks like more and more people who have secretly been harboring doubts about their Democrat party are feeling safer to “come out” and that means momentum is gathering, they’re feeling they will have support among their constituents. The leftist fanatics though will ramp up the hate and violence because they are feeling their rise to power failing. Hopefully the worse they behave, the more it signifies a dying gasp for 21st century Marxism in the USA.

This election should be a referendum on the extremism of the Democrats. Trump should win, and maybe we can even flip the House. 2018 was a blood bath for Republicans in my area though. So we will see. It seems the suburbs, and ex-burbs that were once solidly Republican are now solidly Democrat. Bunch of bubble headed, soccer mom's and their scared silly husbands in my area now.

I am an old blue dog democrat indeed. One of the few remaining it seems. I think Trump most likely wins head to head against Bernie for the reasons you described. Don't count Bernie out though. He could ride the lightning to victory. Trump certainly did. Regardless of who wins, Trump will be the last republican president. The long term demographic trends favor democrats. I don't see any other republican who can duplicate how Trump gets elected. On the other hand, there are lots more Bernie Sanders waiting in line. Eventually one of them will win the presidency.

It may finally cause the next period of unrest/revolution/civil war. Although things will have to get really bad for that to happen. I hope it doesn't.

That's a good question, and I don't know if there is enough people walking away from this Progressive Socialism to matter. I really don't have a handle on that, but I do know the ones around me all like their expensive cars, large homes, big salaries, etc. If that gets impacted, then maybe. They are a bunch of Limousine Liberals".

One of those talk show people, can’t remember which, I keep the radio on one channel because I’m too old now to know how to work my digitally enhanced smart radio, anyway one of them was saying that the younger generation coming behind the millennials, like the 15 years olds now, are rejecting the millennial romance with socialism. Dear Jesus please make that true. I think it was Rush the other day that said that.
I did see a video of a Walkaway and/or Blexit conference. It had what’s his name the gay white guy that started walkaway, and about half dozen black men and women and each one of them had the most fascinating story. Anyway, one of them was this black 15 year old, he was brilliant. He was not buying his race’s mass devotion to the Democrat party.
