So somehow between being a young college buck and when I was a dad to a teenage girl, I missed the whole thong phenomenon. So you could imagine my anticipation about 15 years ago about going down to Sarasota for vacation hoping to catch a thong or two to see firsthand what this phenomenon was about.

The first and only thongs I saw were two gay guys laying out on the beach on Lido Key.  After blowing chow, I tried to find some eye bleach to remove that image from my mind’s eye. I was unsuccessful at that, but many Bombay Safire and tonics helped to ease the pain.

Good God, Anthony, don’t be those guys. Leave the thongs for the ladies. Buy a bigger plane if necessary to hold man sized swimming trunks.

The 9a(mine) and the 10 (four place) fly so much alike that insurance let me do my transition training in a 10.  First time I ever flew an RV-9a as PIC was on my first flight.  Almost identical flight characteristics.
