Can the House switch?  Sorry about the thumbnail. Get some bleach for your eyes.

Depends upon several factors.

During 2018 we saw several GOP seats won in California only to be flipped weeks later due to ballot harvesting.    I suspect we will see a repeat again.

Also, typically during an election the top of the ticket will have coat tails that will usually get more of their party in down ticket races.

This year, the democrats have been acting so crazy, and with their hate groups, looting and burning, rioting, voters will go into the booth and vote for Trump, then just go down the ballot and vote for every (R) below him to prevent the dims from gaining any more power, or to take them out.

Right now it's hard to say on the house.  Two years of Nancy Pelosi and the constant chaos and turmoil of the house democrats have not won them any favorites with the moderates.   This, and people have now seen first hand just how toxic Pelosi has become and realize, another two years of unhinged leftist rule means nothing can get done in congress, except for more endless investigations.

I'm worried about the fraud and ballot harvesting.  I hope there is a landslide so big they can't undo it even with all their cheating.

California is a lost cause.  So are the other deep blue states.  California legalized ballot harvesting, so with that and their jungle primary system they are essentially a one party state.

The dims have mobilized an army of lawyers across the country, and Nov 4th there will be numerous lawsuits filed as they move to the next phase of the election using lawfare.

And yes, even if Trump landslides Nov 3rd, the leftist will continue to demand he concede and step down, well, because.   I'm looking for a repeat of 2000 in which we won't have a defined winner for several weeks.

I seem to remember, but can't find the reference, that the Republicans were finally doing ballot harvesting too.  The Democrats were VERY upset that they should do such a thing.

Ah, here it is:

“It’s pretty clear that Democrats only care about ballot harvesting when someone else is doing it,” California Republican Party chair Jessica Millan Patterson said this week.
