Nike has hired Colin Kraepernick as a spokesman for its 30th anniversary “Just Do It” campaign. This is a huge gamble as the company may literally be risking their future on a quarterback that isn’t washed up because he was never any good to begin with.
Very dangerous thing for Nike to do. My personal opinion is that they should also rename the slogan “Just Do What?” because his accomplishments are so low.
Easy to say Nike joins the list of companies I will not be associated with.

I wish I could say I won't be buying any more Nike goods, but the truth is that I have never bought any Nike goods, so they won't miss me.

Corporate America is largely Leftist, Progressive, and supports Democrats. Media, Entertainment, Tech, Sports, and many other industries are pervaded by this Virtue Signaling, PC, SJW anti America CRAP. Never bought anything Nike, never will.

Who really cares?

This phenomenon of corporations willing to piss off half of their potential customer base is bizarre and self-destructive.
I hope they fold, for the sake of their child laborers in foreign countries.

Once I saw a guy at a local garden center unpacking those giant ceramic pots. They were coming out of crates stuffed with athletic shoes, and the pots were stuffed with athletic shoes. I was mesmerized! What the what???
The guy said, yeah, the pots come from overseas stuffed and packed with rejects from the athletic shoe manufacturers, as packing material. I asked him what the heck do you do with all those shoes when you get the pots out?
They take ‘em to the dump. >:(

Gag, gag, vomit. Here’s one of their ads.

And the denouement...
-
Apparently the cost of virtue signalling is roughly 3 BILLION DOLLARS (cue Dr. Evil) in market valuation....

A pox on all their houses.

Believe in something, even if it means sacrificing everything.
How ironic.

A. He was offered a contract with the Ravens then with his far left activist, radical girlfriend, posted inflammatory, tweets against the owner indicating the owner was racist, who then pulled back the contract offer.
B. He indicated he would STAND for the anthem, and not protest if he was hired by an NFL team.
So he's NOT willing to do what the ad says he would do.

Too good
