I got the long form census and they asked a ton of questions but check this out. I am SO offended! How dare they assume I am binary. Where are the other 97 genders??!!
-
Well, if men are from Mars,
and women are from Venus,
then I figure that those other 97 genders are from Uranus.
(that didn't come out right. I didn't mean "Your Anus", but I think you know what I meant.

Well, when they say LGBT, the B does stand for Binary, which means two.
There are two genders and 95+ mental disorders.

I thought it stood for bisexual.
… which implies binary. Ha!

I don't remember where I heard this...
This person identifies as non-binary. Which means that there is binary and non-binary. Which makes that person binary again.

The Census Bureau routinely sends census surveys to businesses, which of course cannot vote, so no constitutional requirement. According to them:
"We conduct more than 60 monthly, quarterly, annual and periodic surveys and censuses throughout the year and while some survey participation is voluntary, Federal law mandates participation in many of our business surveys."
If a business simply ignores the mailed forms then the Bureau will send a postcard periodically reminding/warning the business that it must be filled out. After awhile they stop sending the postcards and stop pestering the business. Do not ask me how I know this happens.

They do the exact same thing with individuals.
