Title: The FBI Scandal
Post by: Lucifer on January 24, 2018, 07:21:56 AM
Now as more information is being released the picture is becoming clear, we are witnessing probably one of the biggest scandals to ever hit our government and the FBI is behind it.   This is the stuff of the old KGB days in the USSR.

To think or even imagine an agency of the federal government trying to undermine the campaign of a presidential candidate and then this same agency fabricating intelligence to gain FISA warrants against the candidate and his campaign, then proceed to concoct a phony narrative in order to get a Special Counsel appointed in an attempt to undo an election.

And all of the players are FBI or former FBI, how convenient.  And don't forget about the willing participants in the DoJ.   Both the DoJ and the FBI are rotten to the core and need a complete purging.  This is thanks to BHO weaponizing the federal government.

The whole Mueller "investigation" is a complete sham and Congress needs to completely shut it down.   The AG needs to appoint a Special Prosecutor and Mueller, Comey, Lynch, McCabe, Rosenstein and others need to be placed under investigation for their roles in this.  And this will ultimately lead back to the administration of Obama and his cohorts.

Pay attention, the next few weeks are going to be unreal as more of this unfolds.

Impossible.  We were assured that the secret FISC courts would never do this.

But then again, now Republicans are in charge.  Once they fire all the leadership at the FBI, Republicans will have this power.  Dems have already set the precedent of using the power of government against their enemies and have done it multiple times.

How do you think the Dems feel about putting all this power in the hands of the government now?

I say nothing ever comes of this.  We've lost the government and they will get away with this.

It will never happen. Republicans may change FBI leadership, but the entrenched liberal bureaucrats are there forever.

Ok - I'm willing to be convinced!

Think David French sums it up nicely.

Let's see it all, the President has the ability to do it, lay it all out there for everyone to see.

And it is the same with every agency, and department.  They exist to grow the bureaucracy, and power.

I agree.  Regrettable but true.

I remember people swearing no perverts would take advantage of the, 'Perverts in Your Daughter's Bathroom,' policy ti take pictures and attempt sexual abuse. Look how well that promise worked out.

Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd is urging House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes to keep the memo about government surveillance abuses within the halls of Congress.

“We believe it would be extraordinarily reckless for the Committee to disclose such information publicly without giving the Department and the FBI the opportunity to review the memorandum and to advise the HPSCI of the risk of harm to national security and to ongoing investigations that could come from public release,” Boyd wrote in a letter to the chairman.

...and A LOT of the deep state operatives would be unmasked and might go to jail, which is anathema to progressives, whether dem or rep.

Talk about butt covering. Asking those who committed the crimes if public knowledge will hurt national security.

The so-called "lost" text messages between FBI agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, covering the time period between December 2016 and May 2017, aren't missing after all. Strzok and Page both served on the Special Counsel led by Robert Mueller, but were dismissed when a series of anti-Trump and pro-Hillary text messages between them were revealed by the Inspector General.

When the FBI claimed over the weekend the messages could not be located due to a computer glitch that failed to backup the data, Attorney General Jeff Sessions vowed to get to the bottom of the situation. It appears he already has.
