That's the frustration of the progressives. They've constantly been reassured that it's over for Trump, yet here we are, two years later and he's still here, stronger than ever.

As much as I am not a fan boy of Trump as some here seem to be, I found that montage to be hilarious and highly demonstrable of the ridiculous nature of the modern day media and their hyperbolic hyperbole. Yeah, I know "hyperbolic hyperbole" is being repetitively redundant but it fits. 8)

The MSM is nothing more than the propaganda arm of the DNC. At one time in our history they were the fourth estate and had relevance, but the internet age has destroyed that and placed them as the fifth column. At one time they could post or broadcast their deception and lies unchallenged.

Trump beat Hillary like a red-headed step child. (I love that phrase because my wife is a red-headed stepchild).
The left doesn't like Trump because he is:
Rich
White
Male
He has this weird belief that if you have a better economy, people will be better off financially.
He doesn't believe that subsidizing laziness improves productivity.
He doesn't believe that the government knows how to spend your money better than you do.
He DOES believe that the United States has room for improvement.
And he said "Pussy" a few years ago.
All of those things override any facts you may come up with.

I would add that the left, and the milquetoasts in the middle, hate, despise, and reflexively want to destroy any conservative who has the balls to fight back against their hate-filled rhetoric.
They would much prefer the squishy Republicans like GW Bush, McCain, and other establishment types who willingly stand for the daily whipping of the left, and smile when receiving their beatings out of fear they if they say anything they may not be liked by the glitteratti media.
I prefer a man who has the balls to fight back. They alone is what gave Trump a win in 2016.

I'm only speaking for me, but not being a "fan boy" of Trump is not equivalent to being a fan or not of some of his accomplishments. I am very happy with some of his accomplishments but I don't like other aspects of him. Multiple things can be true at the same time.

This. I am quite happy as well with some of his accomplishments, and at the same time think he has made some awful blunders in the realm of leadership. So I wouldn't call myself a fan either, but at the same time I agree the MSM does go overboard trying to put the worst possible spin on everything he does.

Lest we forget, Trump squeaked it out by getting about 200,000 votes across three states to take the rust belt out of the Democrat camp. It was incredibly close.
As far as what the left doesn't like about him, you don't have to get as complex as you're getting. He's a bombastic jerk on Twitter and they don't like his personality. It begins and ends there. Because they don't like him personally, nothing that he does can be good, even if they agree with him.
I wind up embedded in some pretty liberal organizations because of work and it begins and ends right there.
Oh, and he is Republican, but that's a given to them because he is already such an a-hole.
