Title: Nondiscrimination "Preeminent" Over First Amendment
Post by: nddons on April 20, 2016, 04:53:33 AM
Stunning. you need to read the entire article, but note this:

"The last bullet is the final twist of the knife. Since our nation’s founding, religious freedom has been deemed so vital to the health of our democracy that lawmakers and judges have often attempted to make sure that state actions are “narrowly tailored” when those actions conflict with religious freedom. Now the Left wants liberty to be narrowly tailored when it conflicts with the new nondiscrimination regime."

That's an interesting question.  There is war on Christians today, while our media, and government promote Islam.

Given me something to ponder. I don't know what the equitable solution is to the bathroom problem. Certainly it can be confusing without some expectations. What did cross dressers do before? I suppose they didn't go to the bathroom in public???

Transsexuals I suppose can use the bathroom according to their physiology, but what about those that are "in transition"? Sticky questions.

I don't see how religion factors in here, perhaps I skimmed too fast?
