Since the filibuster is not mentioned in the Constitution, I say NO.

Yes, they do. And one of the traditional powers a Senator has is that they cannot be told to stop talking and sit down. They can also yield the floor to another senator. Those powers create the ability to stop all business in the Senate if they don't like where it's going.
