Many of us knew this was next on the Marxist agenda.
CNN's Angela Rye called for statues of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson to come down Thursday on the network.
"American history is not all glorious... George Washington was a slave owner. We need to call slave owners out for what they are. Whether we think they were protecting American freedom or not, he wasn't protecting my freedoms," the network contributor said.
"To me, I don't care if it's a George Washington statue or Thomas Jefferson, they all need to come down," Rye concluded.
So the Colonial, Betsy Ross flag has already deemed to be RACIST, now the current American flag will be next. Tear it all down, and rebuild in the vein of the former Soviet Union.

Oh, I forgot to mention. Remember, Washington High School in San Francisco that removed the mural of George Washington that had been there for almost 100 years because the administration and teachers said the students felt threatened and assaulted by the images of the Indians (native Americans) and slaves? So, 100 years of students viewing that mural and now all of a sudden they feel threatened by it???

Minnesota Governor was asked in a press conference about a protest to take down the Columbus statue later in the day. He said police would be there to negotiate with them.
First since when do we negotiate with terrorist?
Second it was ONE officer, he then took their terms into the state capital and they tore down the statue. The guy in charge stayed around and did press conferences.

Even places in the North, like most buildings in New England built before about 1820. At the time of the Revolution, NYC had more slaves than anywhere in the colonies except Charleston.

Rioters vandalized the Robert Gould Shaw 54th Regiment monument, which celebrates the first all-volunteer black regiment of the Union Army during the Civil War.
“A thousand men signed up just after President Lincoln signed the Emancipation Proclamation, just think about that,” Liz Vizza, executive director of Friends of the Public Garden, told ABC affiliate WCVB. “These are men who, if they were captured in the South, would be enslaved or murdered. But this cause was so important to them, they signed up to go fight for their freedom.”
The monument stands across from the Massachusetts State House. The monument is currently covered in plywood to protect it during restoration to reinforce the sword held by Robert Gould Shaw. Rioters covered the plywood in obscene graffiti and spray-painted more obscenities along with the message “R.I.P. George Floyd” on the back of the monument.
So they are so stupid they even deface the first all BLACK regiment that fought on the side of the Union.

i disagree with all this. I think it a mistake judging folks from long ago by our own standards. Yes, Washington and Jefferson owned slaves. It's what Southern Gentlemen did at the time. Doesn't make them evil, just normal. Few historical figures are perfect. those guys were amazing.
