You're correct. The best run cities are mostly republican run, and the worst are mostly democrat run.

Think about it, have you ever seen a city that was republican run and in shoddy condition have a democrat administration come in and get the city into top condition?

For some reason, when people urbanize and today even suburbanize they become Communist. I guess living in closer proximity to people gives them a collective, serf mentality.
