If you've been following the news, you should know that FTX, a crypto exchange, filed for bankruptcy. What you may not have heard is the Ukraine was invested in FTX and the CEO of FTX was the second largest contributor to Democrat campaigns, only bested by Soros.

So, Biden, using our tax dollars gave money to Ukraine, Ukriane invested that money in Crypto though FTX and the CEO of FTX then donated some 50+M to Democrats.

That picture is not entirely accurate.  There is an input of taxpayer money from you and me to Biden going to Zelensky etc.
