If I ever have to go to the hospital for a test or something, they always are showing “daytime TV” on the tv in the waiting room. I would literally blow my brains out if I had to watch more than 30 seconds of that shit. Last week I was in the waiting room in a hospital gown and scrub pants waiting for an MRI. There was a 30 minute delay so I was in that waiting room for 45 minutes. I didn’t have my phone with me because, well, it was an MRI. I literally tried to say the rosary in my head (I haven’t said the rosary in 20 years) just to occupy my mind and drown out the shit on the TV.
