Title: Insight from an Antifa mole

For a libertarian site/magazine, Reason.com has IMHO a mixed bag of writers, some barely libertarian and a few too many with TDS, but Nancy Rommelmann strikes me as pretty good and appears to be about the only writer doing on-the-ground reporting in Portland OR of the riots (or “protests”) going on there for quite some time (at least since Feb 2019.)

In the article linked below Rommelmann interviewed a conservative trans woman (yes of course such exists) who decided to go “undercover” and become part of what the article calls the black bloc anarchists (“black” in this case describes their attire, not skin.) I found it fascinating, from an objective perspective, on confirming and sometimes adding insight into Antifa’s organization, tactics, strategies, and objectives. But also the personal motivations of those who join. Some of the insights are obvious, some not, but to beat an enemy it is said you have to know them. So for those willing to gain some insight:
