Apparently it's become fashionable for politicians to setup charitable foundations to advance agendas or initiatives.
ok. While some of these foundations might be charities in name only, there could be some good that comes from these foundations. If that charitable foundations actually do some charitable, then great
If all they do is lobby for more government funding for <fill in the blank>, then not so great.

We need to reform who gets a 501c3 or c4. These are just money laundering schemes anymore. Like public sector unions.

The Clinton Crime Syndicate has tarnished the concept of politicians and charitable foundations for generations to come.
It remains to be seen just how much spunk the new administration will have when it comes to addressing the myriad of crimes committed by the Clinton Crime Syndicate and their co-conspirators.

I would love to find some dirt on the Clinton Foundation. Can you point me to any proof that dollars donated to the foundation flowed into a Clinton pocket rather than being spent on the charity? I know there's allegation that people bought "access" to the State Department by contributing but other than access and possibly influence, did a Clinton profit directly by any contributions made to the charity? Did they use funds from the foundation for personal gain? Does any Clinton get a salary from the Foundation? Show me, I'd love to jump on the "lock them up" bandwagon but I need some proof, not just "talking points."

google "chelsea clinton foundation wedding"
don't know the veracity of the claims from a "former clinton aide" but...

Multi-million $$$ donations to Clinton Foundation from middle eastern countries. Why, if not pay to play? How could she promise pay to play unless she was sure of being POTUS? How could she be sure of being elected POTUS unless DNC fraud machine guaranteed it?

I know it sounds criminal--pay to play, but what does it actually mean? If the millions of dollars donated to the foundation actually went to charitable work and not into a Clinton pocket, is that less criminal? I know pay to play is another way of saying quid pro quo but what exactly was the quid. Access? What exactly is "access" and what is criminal about giving it up for cash to a charity. If contracts resulted from the access or some tangible benefit was received in exchange for the donations, what was it? I'll say it again, I want criminals to go to jail but I'm not seeing alot of real evidence of wrongdoing unless I'm missing it.

I googled it and the hacked emails raise suspicions for sure but they don't rise to the level of proof of anything. I wish they did and hope the FBI verifies some of the allegations but as of yet I haven't seen anything concrete come of this. A lot of it is just email gossip. Interesting but not damning.

You're missing it. Spend some time and do the research, it's all out there.
As far as the "charity" of the Clinton Foundation, again do the research. Very little of the money collected actually goes to charity.

I would love to find some good deeds done by the Clinton Foundation. Can you point me to any proof that dollars donated to the foundation flowed to an actual charity? I know that many people claim that the Clinton Foundation is one of the world's most awesome charity. But I need some proof, not just "talking points."

I doubt the FBI will investigate where the Clinton Foundation dollars go. I'm not aware of investigating charities being in the FBI job jar.
Frankly, I doubt you would accept anything less than hillary going on TV and confessing.

19.6% of their revenue went to salaries. I guess the salaries were part of the charity.

And the jet charters, the hotel suites, fine dining, "conferences" at exclusive resorts........
Just ask the people of Haiti and Colombia how generous the Clinton Foundation was.

I found this: www.charitywatch.org
They rate the Clinton Foundation A. 88% of funds go to programs, with 12% for overhead. Seems pretty good to me. I've found that many sites that seem critical of the Clinton foundation don't have very good data. One thing they distort is grants. Traditionally, foundations issue grants to various charities. Unlike foundations that only issue grants, the Clinton Foundation money goes directly to charitable programs it runs and not to grants. So critics come up with some ridiculous statement that only the 5+% of "grant money is the total that goes to charity and the rest must be going into Clinton pockets. I'm still looking for some good dirt but all I've found is some very questionable dirt.

Check back with the Clinton Foundation in a year or so. If the Clintons avoid indictment I venture to say the foundation will dry up.

If so, you can bet a number of the flaming liberals will blame Bush, or the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy, or both.

Hmmm, something doesn't add up. If salaries on their 2014 999 were 19.6% of revenue how could the overhead be only 12%? Color me confused. ???

Actually, non-profit fraud is typically policed by the IRS, since it is essentially tax fraud. Considering how scrupulously non-partisan the IRS is... (https://youtu.be/Z_dZw1iBWL0)what could possibly go wrong?

Hypothesis A: "CharityWatch" is a Clinton defender who lies like they all do.
Occam's Razor and all...

In fairness to Bill and Hill, anyone would find it tough to run an influence peddling racket without any influence to peddle.

It might not take a year:
