For me, I try not to be depressed, but I am… okay I’ll come out and say it:  Frightened.

We are headed into the most consequential election of our lives, and US history.  There are 538 offices that MUST be cleaned out in order for this country to survive.

Right now the democrat communist with help of the UniParty are planning sweeping changes for 2025, and the top priority will be increasing taxes on the middleclass.  Get ready for unrealized gains, a federal property tax and some creative ways for the government to get their hands on retirement accounts.  Also look for interesting changes to social security.

The newcomers (illegal invaders) will continue to need medical, housing, education and welfare benefits, and since they are the preferred citizens, government will need more money, lots of it.

This is exactly how I feel:

https://x.com/stevedeaceshow/status/1786009042868994061?s=46

They’ve done nothing on any meaningful issue for us here at home all year. Instead they’ve taken care of foreign countries better than our own, renewed the very corrupt program used to spy on Trump and launch a three-year de facto coup against his presidency (with his passive aggressive blessing no less), argued with their own base in favor of killing more babies, and now just got in the middle of an internecine feud threatening the Democrat coalition — to pass a federal blasphemy law that will most assuredly be used by swamp NGOs to target their own Christian base later.

It’s May 2. I’m done saying this really is the most important election of my lifetime this time. It should be, but their collective behavior says otherwise. If I claim this again before something drastic changes, consider this my consent for @DeaceOnline to shoot me in the face with the air gun on set, live on the air.

I’ve lost heart. The only thing this party is collectively good at is breaking the spirit and will of its own base.

I don’t have anymore opinion or analysis or urgency over this election when this is the alternative before us. So unless/until that changes, I’m done messaging the importance of this self-cannibalistic farce. Follow your own conscience and do whatever you think is best with these fools, cowards, and quislings. It’s pretty clear that politically we are (with limited exceptions) on our own anyway.

Note to Kristi Noem:     Giving details on killing your dog is a really bad image.  Say "bye bye" to your hopes of a VP slot.

Sleazebag adam schiff flew to SF yesterday to give a speech.

His luggage was all stolen from his rental car.

Former biden cabinet member and disgusting tranny, sam binton is a renowned, and convicted luggage thief…

Just saying.

Sam only stole ladies clothes.  If Sniff is a closeted cross dresser, then Sam Binton would have targeted him.

Go to a BLM protest and shout "BLM is a hate group!", then find yourself in cuffs being dragged away.

BLM and ANTIFA (democrat hate groups) can burn the US flag and trample it, but if one is caught desecrating a BLM flag, they will promptly be arrested.

Just imagine a group of people wearing red MAGA hats shutting down a highway or bridge, how long before the paddy wagons show up and these people are incarcerated being charged with multiple crimes?

We are now under full blown lawfare, in which depending upon your ideology, you will be granted constitutional rights or charged with a series of laws (whether the law applies or not) then bankrupted.

So yes, you are correct, free speech is no more.   Just look at the "tik tok" law just passed by congress.  It will not affect Tik Tok in how it was sold, but gives the government a huge swath of power to ban outlets it disagrees with.

Oh, and we were sold down the river with the FISA reauthorization.

Jim called out my "ambiguous" sounding position on the pro-Hamas protests, as if he wants me to come out in full support of the protestors' right to free speech, and I've been holding back just a bit.  Here's why.

For decades now, the major institutions influencing public opinion (media and education), and more importantly, the development of ideology in our children, have been taken over by neo-Marxist anti-Americans.  These protestors are mostly young people, as usual; brains not fully developed, no adult life experience, think they know everything, but have not been exposed to a wide range of ideas.

For years now, ramping up hard recently, these institutions have censored speech, not from these neo-Marxists (aka the left) but from the right and from anything upholding the ideals of our founding fathers (such as the Constitution).  Conservative speakers are banned from campus. Mainstream media is now openly just a propaganda arm for the Democrats, and social media we now know is infiltrated by federal agencies controlling who is allowed to speak freely.  Political speech is not the only speech censored, we have scientists blacklisted and censored for speaking truthfully about climate change or covid.

There IS NO free speech in America anymore.  So now all of a sudden I'm supposed to defend a bunch of brats siding with terrorists and shouting threats at our very nation?  Where's the call to support all the above, censored everywhere except X and a few alternative platforms?

The issue is not we need to allow pro-Palestinian speech; that is a subset of speech and openly allowed and supported.  Any countering subsets are suppressed, and that is apparently acceptable. We have destroyed free speech in America. Those protests aren't free speech; they are what is allowed to be said by the puppet masters.

Free speech must apply to everyone and all points of view or it isn't free speech at all.  What is allowed simply becomes the rantings of a properly brainwashed set of minions.

Let's say 99% of illegals are just looking for a better life, are good people, want a job, and will end up paying taxes and eventually assimilating.

And let's say 1% are criminal psychopaths, which is the actual estimate in the general population. Assume for the sake of argument that the rate of psychopathy among illegals is no higher than that among U.S. citizens.

Almost 7.3 million illegals crossed the border just during the Biden administration, as of February, 2024.

7,300,000 x .01 = 73,000.

So we have 73,000 newly arrived criminally inclined psychopaths just in the past 3 years.

So the argument that illegals are simply looking to escape poverty and be accepted with open arms is technically correct 99% of the time, but doesn't hold water if you are trying to defend the idea that we should just let them all in. A process of vetting would weed out those with a violent criminal history, ties to terrorist organizations, or no discernible job skills meaning they'd just be a parasite.  Without control over who enters our country, we aren't a country; no point in even having borders.
I also like to point out the hypocrisy of the left when it comes to illegal aliens vs gun control.

They say that illegals are "mostly peaceful" and looking for work to improve their lives.  Only a few of them are criminals.  You shouldn't punish the majority because of a small minority.

But when it comes to gun control, even though most gun owners are law abiding and peaceful, the left wants to take guns away from everyone because a few are criminally inclined or mentally ill.

The only difference is that gun ownership is  constitutionally protected and legal but illegally entering the country is not.

China and Russia appear to be the only powers on the planet that pose any credible military threat to the US. The southern border presents a lower priority threat.

Totally disagree!  The hot war threat from China and Russia is dormant. They aren’t actively invading us. And their nuclear capabilities, along with ours, make them a theoretical future threat more than an immediate actual one because of mutual assured destruction. Yes it could happen but odds that it will on any one day are very low.

The invasion on the southern border on the other hand is currently active, it’s already happening and there are known terrorists and criminals among them entering the country that have no such restraints as MAD.  The likelihood that they are planning a set of multiple 9/11s is very high.

Quote
"Military aged" is a meaningless scare phrase.   That cadre has been entering the US for work since the Mexican Revolution.

Not by the millions. Not even close!  And historically they’ve all been Mexicans. Hard working Catholics for the most part. Now they are from all over the world including radical Muslims and Chinese on an unknown mission. Erosion of our culture including our form of government can very easily happen from within with this massive invasion.  This is a much bigger immediate threat than missiles from Russia or China.

I am for immigration. We need young men. But we must vet them and they must come legally.

It's a disgrace.  Where's the media outrage and public outrage?
The media suppresses any reporting of outrage.  And public outrage is physically discouraged.  It's out there... all bottled up and ready to explode.

CR, after CR, after CR.  It will never stop. The control of the purse has been wrested away from the House and is currently in control of the Senate. Everything requires more spending and more Federal employees thus more spending.

Unconstitutional, but like everything else, they don't care.   If it's not apparent now, the government including our elected "representatives" hate us.    The largest government in the world, and much of it unconstitutional working against the good of the citizens.

The FISA vote shows how much they hate us.  CR's are never going away as it makes it too easy for the congress and senate to rob the treasury in broad daylight.

Just imagine if we cut out discretionary spending and only allotted money that was needed (defense, etc).   No more earmarks.  Also, real spending cuts.   Get rid of unnecessary agencies such as Dept of Education, Dept of Energy, EPA, TSA, etc.

  The economy would boom.

We desperately need an Article V convention of states.

The democrat communist aren't worried, as they control the ballots.

As long as we have ballots that don't require signature verification and ballots with no deadlines, the communist control the process, and win.

If this country truly wants a fair election, we need an election day, with paper ballots and voter ID's.

Our country doesn't have a revenue problem, we have an out of control spending problem
Our spending isn't really out of control.  It is under the control of the politicians we have collectively elected.

Republicans would have a good chance of winning in November, but they are bound and determined to abort that opportunity.  Pun intended.
