It is extremely educational and has given me a lot to think about.  I might have to revise some of my outlook about the future.  Much of it I was beginning to become aware of but this really ties it all together.

It’s a mix of very bad and some good. Maybe real good in the long long run but we are in for some bad times in the meantime.

One good thing is he says China is completely collapsing.  It’s not going to survive and it’s not the threat we make it out to be.  But the bad thing about that is we get all our shit very cheap from China.  We will have to ramp up our own production again and there will be soaring price hikes plus lack of capital from retiring boomers and lack of young people to produce, which will be a worldwide problem.

I can’t do it justice.  That is a deplorable oversimplification.  Go ahead and watch it.  If nothing else you’ll enjoy hearing somebody talk on a massively broad perspective.
