article in the 16 Oct 2022 Boston Herald:

"The Boston Public Health Commission and other Mass-and-Cass-area instituions are giving out pipes for for smoking crack and meth in addition to an array of other paraphernalia"

and people are wondering why neighboring areas are seeing an increase in litter containing crack pipes and other drug paraphernalia.

I have an idea.  Instead of handing out drug paraphernalia, food and tents to these “unsheltered individuals” (aka homeless) just withhold EVERYTHING, including food and water, and see how fast most of them are suddenly able to pick up a shovel and do actual work.  No panhandling allowed.  Rope em off and starve em out.  It’s the kindest thing you can do for them.  Feeding their parasitism will never get them anywhere in life.  I’m not cruel, the ones who have actual disabilities like missing arms and legs or schizophrenia, can be housed in a facility.  The rest, work or no food for you!
