Got an email alert from AVweb about his pending resignation:

A Trump nominee, I can imagine the atmosphere he was working under. The Dems tried to block his appointment in the first place.

Dickson is a liberal hack and is all in on the radical agenda. He show boats all while ignoring the business of the agency, and he only cares about the airline side and viewed GA as a nuisance.

I didn’t know anything about him. So, even when Trump nominates a liberal hack, the Dems have to object just because anything Trump does needs to be opposed?

It was a DC game they played on Trump several times. The "insiders" would recommend someone and claim their record and conservatism. The DC's would raise hell and feign the end of the world, which just strengthened the resolve to get the in.
Nominee get's in then goes about their leftist ways.

That was Trump’s biggest political fault. Not being a politician, let alone a career politician, he relied way too heavily in the insiders that were advising him. Those people did what was in THEIR best political interest, not Trump. How many of those insiders sold seats at the table - exactly what Blagoyovich was accused of, but less visible.

I think that’s what happened with Fauci. Trump trusted him to know what was right. In retrospect he should never have put Fauci and Birx up in front of the people in all those press conferences, giving them a platform to mislead us into a two year nightmare.

Everything else and you think depending on others is his fault?
The people you’re talking about should be working for The People’s benefit. Not their own and not Donald Trump’s benefit. That there is even a question of this is part of the problem.
When a politician works for their personal benefit, we call that corrupt or a Democrat.

So far Donald Trump has shown he is/was working for the PEOPLE'S BENEFIT. After all, he doesn't need or want the money. The Dems and many Republicans do.

Since the Media is controlled by whomever runs the Democrats, he was between a rock and a hard place.

Everything else like what - mean tweets? Big mouth? Thin skin? What does “everything else” mean? Please be specific.
And I stand by my statement. Those career bureaucrats and appointees drawn out of the swamp help craft policy, and provide the leader of the Executive Branch with the information he needs to make policy. If those people are more interested in their post-Trump book deal, or in maintaining the swamp while Trump tries to drain it, then they are going against the Executive Branch and in turn, against the People.
