Is Mall of America a gun-free zone?

I'm not sure, but I wouldn't be surprised. From what I was told by the locals is that crime is pretty bad there. Lots of shoplifting, gang fights in the parking garages, and other stuff that is kept quiet so not to ruin Mall of America's image as a tourist trap, I mean destination.

That's our tight-as-a-drum immigration policy at work.

I'm waiting for similar actors to come from the very significant Somali population in Minneapolis.

Already happening. I was in Minneapolis from May 8 until this past Saturday helping with a trial where a bunch of Somali refugees, or those born by refugees, who were trying to go to Syria to join ISIS. One made it and is alleged to have been killed over there. Won't surprise me at all if there isn't plans within their community to plan something in our country. Could you imagine what would happen if these idiots decided to go shoot up Mall of America?

DO you really think there is anyone here that does not believe our government is led by professional whores?  Every political person in the government is for sale for the right price.  And I do mean sale, you can obscure it and pretend that it goes to a charity or to this fund or that fund, but everyone is in on it.  Lobbyists are the ultimate proof that the Republic has broken down.  "Giving money" is how you get YOUR law through, otherwise Fracking Schuster wouldn't be so obstinate about a program that nobody except his donors want.

Whores leave after you pay them for their services. The government still sticks around.

The Feds aren't going under.  We will never get states rights back.  Yes, we live in the new Soviet Union, but it isn't going away.

We won't have a collapse, but there will be so many transformations that our country will be changed enough to realistically considered a new country.

Think people will start boycotting Boston or Massachussetts now? They are discriminating against men.

Yikes. I've got a sore back too, from sitting too much in tax season, and lifting a little too much at the gym. I think our jobs are equally dangerous.

Seriously, good luck with that. Back pain absolutely sucks.

I still have a small knot that bothers me from time to time. Doc thinks that will probably come and go for the rest of my life. Another thing to add to the bum knee and shoulder I already have. I've been trying to use the rowing machine more for exercise lately, but I have been sitting a lot too.

It's great to see you here, Josh. Are you doing any flying in this great spring Wx?  (Sunday's high was 65 and sunny; Monday's high was 35 with snow.).

As for your decision:  follow your gut.

Haven't flown in almost 9 months. Hurt my back at work last summer. Broken vertebrae and severe whiplash. Long recovery. Just got medically cleared last month. Need to get an annual done and get up there. Hopefully soon. Taking a trip down to Wag Aero on friday to get a new battery and a few other things.

Is this Josh with the 150?

It's me. My gut says Cruz, but I want to vote for Trump because it's fun to see people's heads explode over him.

I still don't know who I'm going to vote for. I really wonder if it will even matter in the long run.

I served with them. I have no problem with that. Most of them wanted to make a better lives for themselves, and were willing to work/sacrifice to get it.

I'm not sure what you mean by remedies for procedural error, but I think that when SCOTUS makes a ruling that may alter what a law states, then the law should automatically have to be forced to be re-written and passed again. Ruling something as unconstituional, such as banning gay marriage, shouldn't be an automatic act to allow gay marriage (which I really don't care if they do), but should force the states/feds to re-write their laws.

Joe, this could very well be the first thing we agree on.

One thing that I want to respond to in your comments is the part about someone coming out of a 4 year program with massive student loan debt.  That infuriates me.  We've all seen the articles where people are crying because they can't afford to repay all the money they borrowed.  I don't feel a bit sorry for them.  They borrowed for a lot more than just school.  They were also financing their apartments, pizza, beer, clothes and barhopping and everything else they desired.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for student loans to help finance your education.  I just think more common sense should be applied to the amount loaned to students.

Yes, put a limit on the loan amount. Only enough to cover tuition, fees, and housing.

Um, it's called a job.  I carried a minimum of 15 hours per semester and still worked 20+ hours a week.  While I realize today's lazy kids are just that, lazy, it can be accomplished if you have the work ethic and don't expect others to cater to your ever need.  It puts a burr under my saddle when I hear people wanting things given to them when all they have to do is get out of the house, kill something (figuratively speaking) and drag it home.  Guess it's easier to sit on the sofa with a game remote in your crotch for hours on end.   (you/your is generic and not directed at you personally)

I got my degree while working full time. One of the big problems is kids want the biggest and best of everything when they go to college. New dorms, flat screen TVs, spring break trips, a bunch of dining options. They don't understand that college needs pays for that, which is why tuition keeps rising.
