What do you think will come with a Biden administration assuming the Senate stays under Republican control?
I would not expect Nancy to be able to kill the Trump tax cuts, hard to believe McConnell would go along with that.
Not going to be able to expand the Supreme Court.
Likely, not able to add D.C. and PR as states to add four Democrat Senators.

The dims have long desired the "Fairness Act", which is just a veiled attempt to silence any media in which they disagree with. Originally the target was talk radio, but now with the internet and a few conservative news TV networks it would apply there as well.
Also, with the dims embracing Big Tech and their CCP style censorship, the Fairness Doctrine could expand to Big Tech being able to censor sites they dislike (such as this site).
The level of censorship we are witnessing this year alone in unprecedented.
