And another win:
Quote
A federal judge in Louisiana ruled Tuesday that the Biden administration has 21 days to turn over all relevant emails sent by White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and Dr. Anthony Fauci to social media platforms regarding alleged misinformation and the censorship of social media content.

The decision by Judge Terry Doughty, who was appointed by former President Trump, came as part of a lawsuit filed in May by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, accusing the Biden administration of suppressing the constitutionally protected right to free speech on elections, the COVID-19 lab leak theory, coronavirus-related lockdowns and other issues.

The left is losing its mind over this. They thought they had the entire justice system in lock step.

It's easy to win them over to our side -- you just have to be willing to shed a little blood.  Sadam Hussein did it in less than a week.   ;)

I am in favor of limited terms, but not necessarily in term limits.  I just think it should be self-limiting as the founders intended -- that we would have an entirely new government every 6 years.  Everyone knows the story of Jefferson and Co. vs Madison and Co and that Madison eventually won out, and we now know what that has produced:  a ruling class and a fourth branch of government.  These two things must be eliminated, but I do want to be able to elect whomever I want to elect as much as I want to elect (I could easily go or 3-4 terms of Reagan or Trump!).

The problem as I see it, is not one of terms, but one of incumbency.  I bristle at the notion of an arbitrary time limit such as 12 years.  I would propose an amendment that would prohibit one seeking office, elected or appointed, while holding office, elected or appointed.  Having a true citizen government where they would have to then live under the laws they created would naturally lead to balanced budgets and elimination of graft, and elimination of unnecessary bureaucracy, more ideas that are long overdue.  For that matter, I can't think of a current amendment beyond the original 10 that are worth keeping.

The hypocrisy of saying we can’t question the 2020 election after what the left did to the 2016 one is mind blowing.

And we need more Republicans with balls to say it and Lake has more balls than most male Republicans.

Fun fact.  The movie Soylent Green with Charlton Heston was set in 2022.

This is why you must never, never give up your guns.

So normal and abnormal makes people feel bad but typical and divergent don’t.  You can be sure they will in the future and they’ll have to keep making up new terms.

don't forget that some people are on a "celebrate diversity" kick, so "divergent" will probably get glorified.

mmmmm, and typical will be considered bad.

yup, can't win the game, can't get out of the game.

Biden To Forgive $10k In Student Loans

In Unrelated News, Nation’s Colleges Raise Tuition By $10k

President Biden announced plans today to forgive $10,000 in student loan debt for anyone making less than $125k per year. In completely unrelated news, the nation's colleges and universities announced plans to immediately raise tuition by $10,000.

"Look, Jack! Here's the deal! No malarkey at all! Not a joke!" said Biden before an aide had to step in and explain he was signing an order to forgive student loan debt.

Dr. Charles Moneybags, director of the National Association for the Advancement Of College Professors (NAACP), said he applauds the president's decision to cancel student debt for so many borrowers. "We're very excited that a college education will be more affordable for the next generation of art history majors," he said.

Moneybags then went on to explain why immediate tuition increases were necessary. "Due to an unfortunate concurrence of high inflation, global warming, and, uh, the upcoming solar eclipse in 2024, we've all had to raise our tuition by $10k," he noted. "Plus, we've had to spend a ton of money building safe spaces and bathrooms for all the new genders."

The banks should absorb this loss, not the taxpayers.

The universities should absorb this loss -- they got insanely rich from it, and if they were on the hook, it would put an immediate end to worthless degrees.
