Spin Zone / Your Government Hates You
« on: April 17, 2024, 04:33:34 PM »

They've worked hard to let us know how bad they despise the citizen.  Unending CR's, open borders, two tiered justice system.   Elected officials that openly defy the will of their constituents. Elected officials that are using insider information to enrichen themselves, while using the justice system to prosecute citizens who attempt to do the same thing.

The so called republican Speaker is going to push through a Saturday night vote on more money for the Ukraine dictator.  Of course expect these bills to be pork laden as well.

CR, after CR, after CR.  It will never stop. The control of the purse has been wrested away from the House and is currently in control of the Senate. Everything requires more spending and more Federal employees thus more spending.

Unconstitutional, but like everything else, they don't care.   If it's not apparent now, the government including our elected "representatives" hate us.    The largest government in the world, and much of it unconstitutional working against the good of the citizens.

The FISA vote shows how much they hate us.  CR's are never going away as it makes it too easy for the congress and senate to rob the treasury in broad daylight.

Just imagine if we cut out discretionary spending and only allotted money that was needed (defense, etc).   No more earmarks.  Also, real spending cuts.   Get rid of unnecessary agencies such as Dept of Education, Dept of Energy, EPA, TSA, etc.

  The economy would boom.

We desperately need an Article V convention of states.

Number 1 is also a growing concern.  Why are protesters allowed to block roads?  Like roads into ORD or JFK?  Or across bridges?  Or elsewhere?  The police stand by and do nothing.  Except maybe arrest motorists who have had enough and try to remove the protesters.  Sure, go ahead and protest.  That's your right.  But don't mess with people trying to get on with their lives.  And costing those people money (missing their flights) or their livelihood (being late for or missing work entirely).  I say get a line of front-loaders and peacefully move the protesters out of the way.

Let me sum it up this way.

We watched democrats and their hate groups (ATIFA, BLM) riot, burn, loot and even murder while cops stood by and the media called it a “mostly peaceful protest”.

The republicans had one protest, that was mostly peaceful, and the only death was a protestor.

The media and the democrats lost their minds.

Does this mean you want authorities to take legal action or use force against people shouting "Death to America"?

I heard a liberal commentator make that same assertion yesterday.  Convenient how that works huh?

This is what is really bothering me about all the FISA bruhaha.  The Dems and establishment GOP want to extend FISA and the MAGA Republicans and I guess libertarian types don't; Styx himself has said, "abolish FISA".  They (the latter) says either abolish it or put warrant requirements on it.

The specifics of the extensions are they want to enable warrantless spying through third parties, ie: forcing third parties to collect data on their behalf.  Example, the hotel that provides you WiFi or the internet cafe, or your employer, certainly your ISP, basically anyone that has access to any server, modem, or tech equipment that is involved in your internet/cell phone activities.  And they'd force these third parties to do it without notifying you they're doing so.

And they are allowing this on suspicion of an American citizen communicating with any "foreign threat" and without a warrant means without actual evidence.  The foreign threat is how it's being sold, but "domestic threat" will no doubt be included under the umbrella.

So naturally we DON'T want them doing this.  But here's the big problem: The wide open borders are letting in all kinds of terrorists (anyone denying this is delusional) and to the extent the IC actually wants to prevent terror attacks, now they do need the data from the communications these people are having within our borders.

Because of the mass invasion of illegals, we can't protect ourselves without being able to spy on them, but in the mix this enables the IC to spy on ALL of us and specifically because they're partisan, to include "domestic terrorists" (ie MAGA supporters or parents at school board meetings, Catholics going to church, and anyone who even thought of going to DC on Jan. 6).

This will be abused.  But it's being sold to us by fear mongering about foreign enemies, but without saying the obvious part out loud "Tee hee, we are inviting those enemies in with open arms."

The UniParty wants FISA since it's become a valuable tool for them, and it circumvents the constitution.

The UniParty is dismantling the constitution right in front of us while telling how this is for our own good.  The regime openly defies the constitution.   And congress is all to happy to sit back and watch.

The storm is on the horizon.  I hope everyone is preparing for what is coming.

Small numbers?  I wonder.  How does the number of number of contract players like Blackwater compare to the number of regular troops in Iraq / Afghanistan / etc?  The MIC would love to just use mercenaries.  No profit in using regular troops.

The real money is made in support roles.   Food services, cafeterias, warehouses, motor pool, fuel storage and delivery, lodging, logistics and transportation.  Also construction services and facility maintenance services.

These support roles outnumber troops, are high paying (usually no compete contracts).  Iraq and Afghanistan were a huge financial windfall for the MIC.

Mercenaries? The Russians use them.

Of course.  But in small numbers.

Ukraine needs thousands upon thousands.  Who pays for them?

The democrat communist aren't worried, as they control the ballots.

As long as we have ballots that don't require signature verification and ballots with no deadlines, the communist control the process, and win.

If this country truly wants a fair election, we need an election day, with paper ballots and voter ID's.
