Gads, I miss hearing him.

I have not deleted his app off of my phone yet.

He is missed.

Every time I hear that opening music I keep expecting his voice to follow…  :'(

I agree. I generally don’t listen to Clay and Buck because they tend to bore me. I listen to local Milwaukee conservative talk radio, various Daily Wire shows (Ben Shapiro, Matt Walsh, Candice) and sometimes Steve Deace.

I told my wife they no matter hard things were getting politically or culturally, no matter how dark it was getting, I NEVER left a Limbaugh show sad or in despair. He always left me optimistic and enthused.

No one else on the airwaves or podcasts will ever get close to that kind of power and influence over a movement. Ever. He was one of a kind.

Bongino was on fire yesterday because of the trucker thing and what is going on in Canada, you know, the dress rehearsal for us.

Truly.  I do miss him.  His humor, his optimism, his outstanding analysis.  Mostly his optimism.  Not just that the criminal democrats are just about to go to jail (like Hannnity constantly says) but his optimism that we can indeed prevail against evil and that everyone can go together into a bright future.  These days I see nothing but evil and darkness in the future.  His bright light really gave me hope.

Yes. I loved how he could "read the stiches on the fastball," and I learned when he said, "Don't doubt me on this," I could take what he just said to the bank. But mostly his optimism: I never felt hopeless after hearing his show. I can't say that with anyone else on the radio.  I understand that EIB decided to go with two hosts because it would have been too big a burden for one man.  He truly broke the mold.

Agree with all of you. He always made me feel better about things, that there was always hope, even as he was giving accurate analyses of what was going on.  Nobody else does that.  Well, Styx is making me feel optimistic, but Styx, as good as he is, is no Rush.

I'm guessing, though, that his previously nicotine stained fingers were his undoing.
