Every one of us has biases, either for or against someone or something. Some are intentional - I like peach cobbler! Some can be unintentional but may be deeply rooted within us, in our heritage or our culture. There are many that we don’t even know are there, and these can lead us into dangerous situations when we are flying an aircraft. Join us as we explore some of these hidden dangers and learn how to avoid them!

If we can’t define what a woman is, then we can’t define what a man is. Nevertheless men are toxic.
If a white male is LBGTwhatever, then he (she, they, it?) gets a pass and can have no biases.
If a black male insists there are only two genders, or that mothers shouldn’t abort their babies, he is a biased toxic male.
If a black lesbian insists there are only two genders then she is a far right white supremacist.
If a Hispanic male or female identifies as anything or has any opinions then they are a breakfast taco.

I am so tired of training and “reeducation” on mentally retarded, sociological constructs that have nothing to do with reality. There isn’t a single safety incident that could have been negatively impacted by the topics being presented Ted in this Wings seminar. Not a single one.
Yet the FAA chose to hire - or was directed to hire - someone who developed this course outline, probably to the tune of a million dollars or more, so they can check a fucking box on wokism.
Well fuck them. I’m not playing their fucking mind games. And I want my million dollars back on behalf of the rest of the taxpayers who are paying for this waste, fraud and abuse.

actually, there are some cultural biases that have contributed to accidents...
think about cultures where subordinates are, ahem, discouraged, from questioning their bosses/superiors/leaders.
But, I suspect that particular bias won't get ANY mention at these charlie foxtrots
