Commentators, almost always from the right, have documented liberal media bias for many years now. And the response by the perpetrators of this bias has been both constant and predictable: Circle the wagons and blame the accusers. Accuse us of bias for seeing their bias.
The bias we've been talking and writing about is usually about partisan politics and hot social issues like abortion. But there's one kind of liberal media bias that hasn't gotten much attention. It's a bias that liberals both in and out of the media often attach to conservatives, but almost never to themselves. It's racial bias.
My friend Lee Habeeb, a conservative radio executive who appears on cable TV from time to time, has written a piece in Newsweek about how too many journalists have played down -- and often downright ignored -- the murder of young black men in places like Chicago.

The fact that socioeconomically depressed communities suffer increased levels of violence is hardly newsworthy, though it makes nice propaganda.

No, just underscoring your own ineptitude. Newsworthy events are those that happen with infrequency or that affect alpha individuals. It doesn't make the news when I get a traffic ticket. Do I fault the media for not reporting every traffic ticket? Admittedly, black on black violence is far more serious. But the media don't report on every last homicide, since there are lots in the United States. Commit a massacre (doesn't happen often) it makes the news. Shoot an actor or a politician (alpha individual) it makes the news.

So using your pretzel logic, many lives that are lost to senseless crime and murders don't matter when they happen in black neighborhoods perpetrated by other blacks, we should just accept that as they are merely victims of their environment?
And to further your point, it's only news worthy if a minority is killed by a Caucasian?
And you don't see the racism in this?

The media are nothing but a reflection of the utter emptiness of the liberal agenda.
Racism is whatever they choose to make it and if a liberal changes the rules and you point it out, then you are obviously racist.
You're racist if you agree with their position and you're racist if you didn't get the memo when they change the position and claim you're racist because you didn't claim to change yours.
It's like a never ending game of free passes given only to racist liberals.
