That was an assassination, most likely over some kind of disagreement in the HOOD.  A woman, disrespect (someone got dissed,  ::)), drugs, money, etc.  That is what these Hood Rats do.  Violence is an acceptable solution to much of the Inner City, Poor, Black Community.  They are MORE PRONE to violence than any other group, so say my Black cop friends I shoot with at the range. 

Also, the inhabitants will NOT talk to Police to try to stop violence and catch these murderers.  They side with the criminals whom are friends and relatives and vote for Politicians and D.A.'s that are soft on crime so it perpetuates.  Democrats LOVE IT.
