For understanding this stay, this is what I think is the key sentence:  “ It was not—and likely could not be, under the Commerce Clause and nondelegation doctrine—intended to authorize a workplace safety administration in the deep recesses of the federal bureaucracy to make sweeping pronouncements on matters of public health affecting every member of society in the profoundest of ways.”

In this case, they were seeking to expand OSHA’s reach well beyond the workplace. Because OSHA’s authority stems from the commerce clause, OSHA cannot regulate risks that occur outside work. Otherwise, an argument could be made for them to regulate anything.  jumping to a ridiculous example, they could regulate how parents feed a newborn on the premise that paternity leave impacts work concentration and productivity and is therefore a safety risk.

At their core, Democrats do not understand or value the Constitution, separation of powers, respect for individuals, Republicanism, or any of the things that make our country work.

I just learned two things

Correct. The left is now in 100% disdain and rejection of what Martin Luther King stood for.

King stood for equality and brotherhood.  The Left now is about division and labeling.  They must reject him.

There's no "if" he is responsible.  He picked up the gun.  He pulled the trigger.  He IS responsible.  "I didn't know" or "it was his job" are not legal defenses.

He was negligent on safety.  He was negligent because of his anti-gun bigotry.  And he is guilty of manslaughter.

While there are people who want to destroy the US, attributing that to everyone on the left destroys your credibility.  Outside the true anarchists, most of them believe they are “helping”.  They don’t want to destroy the US, it’s just a side effect of their hubris.

Note, I’m not saying the outcome is different, only the motivation.  They think they’re helping, but they don’t understand well enough to see the forest for the trees.  We are victims of their arrogance.

Participation ribbons, I have some myself - the "good conduct" medal, for 4 years of not getting caught.  Navy Achievement Medal?  Hah, the achievement is frequently changing to a new command.  We know what they are and we snicker at them. 

People in the know are aware of which ones are meaningful
