A better way to handle this would be to ask the city to enforce it's peddling laws.

It seems to me that is what the poorly phrased letter is asking.

Yeah, the letter seems to be asking for the government's help clearing the riff-raff out from in front of his building.

You say that like it is a bad thing!  That happens every day down town around here.  Just because they are riff-raff doesn't mean they have the right to harass people, litter and urinate on the front of businesses.

Not a Trump fan, but read the letter and don't see anything flammable in it.
