The FBI is ready to indict Hillary Clinton and if its recommendation isn't followed by the U.S. attorney general, the agency's investigators plan to blow the whistle and go public with their findings, former U.S. House Majority leader Tom DeLay tells Newsmax TV.

Look for a "surprise" pardon from the communist-in-chief just before that were to happen, followed by an executive order forever sealing all evidence in the interest of make believe national security.

We are dealing with the ultimate in corruption. But its for the children, right? >:(

Unfortunately you're probably correct
-
Weird that a former member of the Legislative branch is speaking of the Executive branch. Even weirder that he says the FBI is indicting someone, since they're an investigative agency. Usually it's the Justice Department that does the indictments, or a grand jury. Smells.

I'm not sure a POTUS can pardon someone before they are even convicted.
-
As Michael has said, the FBI cannot indict anyone. They can recommend, yes.

It worked for Ford/Nixon.

Good point.

Anyone who expects to see Hillary frog-marched out is sadly delusional - I have zero doubt she willfully, wontonly and regularly violated the law - the same law(s) that Bradley Manning, Edward Snowden and Gen. David Petraeus violated - but I also have zero doubt she will never face any consequence from it, somebody 5 or 6 levels down may, but she is in no danger IMO.
Just more wishful thinking and clickbait from Newsmax unfortunately.

I stand corrected.

DeLay sure knows about indictments...Also not one to go off half cocked...still cannot believe the O justice department will let it happen...You and I would be in jail over one email and anyone that has a clearance understands the process. Blaming on the vast right wing not working anymore...

100% correct. It will be interesting to see if the FBI presses for the indictment (which, as you state, is all they can do).

In other news, the Easter Bunny will be dropping off baskets for all the kiddies on Easter Sunday.

It has been rumored that if there is no indictment the FBI may leak a lot of the details.

No, but he's that bold and could care less about lawlessness.
-
He's a commie but is he that stupid?
Think about how much fun he'd having proving he can do anything he wants...

My guess is that some of those emails, were they to come out, would make the muslim, traitor look very bad, of not criminally negligent, so a pardon and executive order clean things up nicely.
