The Blacks, and SJW's were up in arms over the Mayor Frank Rizzo statue that has been there for decades in that same park. I guess they felt left out because they couldn't find any Confederate statues to deface, tear down, nor remove. Rizzo was the Chief of Police prior to being Mayor, and was known as a tough SOB to all criminals including minoirities. He certainly was not PC, but this was before PC existed (1960's, and 70's). Therefore, the current Communist Mayor Kenney, decided to appease them with an.............AFRO PICK!!!, in the same park.

I imagine some old blue hair white ladies may use an afro pic, and some impressionable white trash punks may wish to emulate hip-hop gangsters. But those are the exceptions, not the rule. So yes, I was using absurdity to demonstrate the absurd racist sculpture that Philadelphia decided to put up.

At some point every intelligent adult has to admit that the black lives matter and antifa assholery has gone WAY beyond anything resembling intelligence and all the way out to mentally disturbed.
When black 'activists' (sexist thugs) proclaim that it is racist for a white woman to walk down the same sidewalk where blacks walk if as insane as it is violently racist.
When blm thugs beat old white men because they don't like the color of their skin is not only violent, but vicious and insane.

Do you have anything intelligent to say on the topic of the statue of a giant hair pick, an art object that is obviously installed with a racial slant?

The article I found had both statues in place. I think that shows a stark contrast. I don't know what building the statues are in front of, which might make a difference.
