Some people think the fact that Obama insulted Trump for five minutes at the WH Correspondents Dinner was the genesis of Trump's decision to run.  He got back at him didn't he?

Knowing almost nothing about Trump (I voted for the Libertarian candidates and always planned too, but since I'm in heavily blue Oregon my vote good only to help push them toward 5%) so to get an idea of what kind of policies he may pursue that endured, I found his most recent political book (not including stuff written since 2015) is this one originally written in ~2010:
