Have been thinking about this.
Microagression = perceived or overt reference to something about someone unique to their group or person that results in a feeling
Macroaggression = chopping off heads, stabbing, shooting, and other violent acts
Those seem to me to be the poles. Where should official energy and time, and press coverage, and college classes, and government resources, be directed toward prevention?

I think the line should be much closer to the Macro side. People just need to learn to deal with the micro aggressions. That goes for "mini" aggressions to. One big problem today is that people get their feelings hurt to easily and can't function is real situations.

The entire Microaggression terminology has been invented by the left in order to sensor speech they do not like. They have convinced the media, government, and other leftists that they have a right not to be offended nor insulted. It is just a way to circumvent the 1A, and sensor speech, and thought that they do no agree with.
Microaggression is INVALID.

The left claims to be badly hurt by microaggression yet commit most of the truly violent macroaggressions. Something isn't right here.

Why is it that only lefties are protected from microaggressions?
The real issue is how far people are willing to allow their first amendment rights to be rolled back to satisfy a group of entitlement whores.

False dichotomy? Whether microaggression is a real thing that warrants studying is a question that can stand on its own.

Good point. To the left, microagressions are a real thing. To the right, microagressions are laughable and juvenile. How to convince the left to let the concept go might be a better question.

We've created a very soft section or our population. Men have become feminized, and go along with this crap. I guarantee women are behind much of the PC movement, including the entire microaggression movement which is again just more censorship by the left. These people need to grow the heck up.

Because Barack the crooked pig promised to fundamentally transform America and change is often best made in incremental steps.
