That's all I have been hearing lately from the media.
But from the Washington Post itself:
A new Washington Post poll that declares President Trump as "the least popular president in modern times," waits until the second to last paragraph to reveal another tidbit: He'd still beat Hillary Rodham Clinton if the election were held today and in the popular vote, not just Electoral College.

I'll be curious to see his numbers if they are able to get actual, meaningful tax reform passed and the actual repeal of Obamacare. These poll numbers don't exactly mean a lot since he's barely been in office for 3 months.

One needs to look at the actual poll questions and statistics to get the real answers. Look at who they polled, where, age demographics, etc. and often times you'll find the poll to not be as accurate as the media would like you to be. That being said, there are reputable polling companies out there because they actually value their reputation and the poll results they put out.

^^^^^Agree, however even the "reputable" ones get them wrong. The media which is very, very largely supportive of the Left, and Democrats just use, and manipulate polls to say what they want. We are in an age of Propaganda (now called Fake News) in which Josef Goebbels would be envious, which is chilling considering it is accepted by many people. Also chilling is the position of the previous Administration (Obama), and Justice Dept to prosecute those that spoke out against Muslim extremism, and were man made climate change skeptics.

There are only two polls that will matter now, one will be in 2018 and the next will be in 2020.

I guess my post wasn't so much about WHAT the polls said, as it was about the way the Post tried to hide the parts they didn't like. At least, to their credit, they did mention it near the end of the article.

Yep, to their credit they managed to stick it where 99.9% of the folks will never see it since they just look for the top number. ;)

You're not actually surprised a mainstream news outlet tried to obscure the facts, are you? There's nothing more painful for the mainstream media than for Trump to be successful.

The Washington Post, like the NYT, L.A. Times, and just about every other newspaper (except Wash Tiimes, WSJ, etc) has a far left bias. Often the articles are repeats of AP, UPI, Reuters, etc which are also left leaning. They will omit items they don't like because it doesn't fit their agenda, and they will overly promote things they feel advance their agenda. Very simple, very Fascist.

The Washington Post is on the same level as the National Enquirer. It has been a liberal leftist arm of the media(as is the NY Times) for many, many years. I pay about as much attention to it as I do the pile of cowshit at my neighbors diary farm.
