Of course not. In the PRC ballot harvesting is legal, people were receiving 3 to 5 ballots in the mail, and dead people were receiving ballots. And then there was the "print your own ballot at home" scam.
Then we had the see through envelopes, so if anything other than no was selected, that ballot went into the trash.
California is voter fraud on steroids. And now that Newsome doesn't have to worry about recall, he is going to double and triple down on mandates.

Glad I got out of that Commie State when I did. I got to experience it prior to the total takeover. Those people are doomed. It will become a State of mostly Illegals, Homeless, Welfare Recipients and Rich Elite.
