I have been in many situations that an older person wants to tell me a story that is important to them. I am polite and listen. (I hope people will do the same when I am in my declining years).
I hang around with many older pilots who like to tell stories. Some guys tell the same stories over and over again as if they are new to the group. It is completely appropriate for them to tell those stories.
I know they are slipping mentally.
Telling the Pope a story like that is showing his mental decline.

The problem is this is just not some old guy, he's the leader of the free world. And while the DC's, the Establishment, Big Tech and the MSM look the other way and pretend everything is OK, he's not in any mental condition whatsoever to hold the position he has.

Telling the same story repeatedly is normal for old people to a point. You have to look at the whole context. There are signs that can tell you when it is part of a serious cognitive decline. Unfortunately we aren’t with Joe 24/7 and so can’t get the whole perspective but from what we can get, it looks very, very probable that he has progressing dementia.

It's not probable. We are seeing just snippets, and those are alarming. The CNN townhall was a disaster, and it was staged.
Ever wonder why he's whisked away to his private home in Delaware every weekend? Or why a normal weekday workday within the WH is only a couple of hours long?

Which the Biden Admin has refused.
Remember when the previous President was demanded to take a mental exam, and he did, in which no problems were found?
If we had a functioning government with accountability to the public, this would be addressed.

Agreed. I wonder if they’re holding off until they’re ready to 25th him. Except they have a big Kamala problem. They wanted to get her in for ten years but she is proving to be so ineffective and disliked I think they’re rethinking that plan. The leak about Jill asking how to get rid of her seems to support that. Maybe they’re now planning to replace Kamala first, then knock Biden off and install whatever unelected VP we end up with. If they knock off Kamala, then Joey names the new VP, subject to both houses approval. You would think they’d be in a hurry to get this done before the 2022 elections.
