President Trump is plowing ahead to fill three vacancies on the liberal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, brushing aside Democratic resistance to nominate conservative judges.
Presidents traditionally work with senators from judicial nominees’ home state — in this case, California — to put forward judicial picks. They often seek what’s known as a “blue slip,” or an opinion from those senators.
But in a snub to California Democratic Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris, the White House announced Wednesday that Trump had nominated Patrick Bumatay, Daniel Collins and Kenneth Kiyul Lee (all from the Golden State, and reportedly all members of the conservative Federalist Society) to the influential circuit. The court, with a sprawling purview representing nine Western states, has long been a thorn in the side of the Trump White House, with rulings against the travel ban and limits on funding to “sanctuary cities.”

The more I think about it, the more I think Trump is a master of diversion. While the news media is being side tracked with Russia, Stormy Daniels, yada yada yada, Trump is quietly changing the courts nation wise, repealing regulations that were bad for business, repealing bad EPA regulations, etc. The average alt.leftie doesn't realize how the Trump presidency so far has altered the course of the country for many years to follow.

Trump is just fulfilling his campaign promises, which is very unusual in American politics. He has accomplished a lot in less than two years, even with a thin margin in the Senate along with some hostile Republicans. His own party has fought him on a lot of things. They obviously did NOT want him in office, yet here he is.
The Tax cuts, his Trade policy, Energy policy and some other pro business policies have been a boon for the Economy. Obama was just the opposite. "You didn't build that!" LOL!

We have noticed that Trump repeatedly seems to manage the news cycle with the timing of his announcements and activities. He literally has to do it that way, since the media repeatedly runs altered, biased reports about same. At the last rally he gave a speech where he mentioned generals Grant and Lee, and ABC had to issue a retraction on their cut-up video and report that he praised a horrible, mean general. Trump tweeted about the correction, but the damage was done as the leftie audiences gobble up stuff like this and take it as truth.
Although I am pleased with President Trump, and he has my loyalty and vote, I’d like to see two things ... debt reduction and much more swamp draining. If he is re-elected in 2020, that might be the time to let those hammers start falling in earnest.

President Trump could literally give the communists (democrats) everything they wanted and still they would fling their hatred at him because hate is all they have as a party and as individuals.
Their non-stop moralizing about love trumping hate is transparent projection, as their hatred for everything and everybody that enjoys the advantages of living in America is their driving force.
