She fails to mention that she did issue stay at home orders for several weeks for two counties covering Sioux Falls for those people who were most vulnerable (over 65 or having one of several co-morbidities and not having essential jobs.) Also, the city councils of Rapid City and Sioux Falls (the two largest metro areas) ordered several classes of businesses closed within their borders. Counties did not have such authority, so businesses outside those metro areas were not affected (though many voluntarily curtailed or shut down for while - Wall Drug, for those who know of it, shut down for a while on its own. They at least got to exercise their choice in the matter.)

I've changed my mind. I don't think she would make an effective President. While watching her in the video, all I could do was imagine her naked. That makes it hard for her to get her point across.
