Vice President Kamala Harris is reportedly expressing discontent with the news coverage surrounding her performance as the nation's second-highest office holder, citing her race and gender.
According to a piece by The New York Times, Harris has been privately complaining to her allies that the media's coverage of her would be better if she were any of her 48 White male predecessors, and has reportedly confided in them about the difficulties she's facing with her assigned portfolio from the White House

She should be thanking the media. Her abominable performance at her job is the reason she’s not getting coverage because the media is protecting her. Not that they like her, but criticizing her makes you racist. If you can’t say anything nice…
As for her race and gender, we have established that she is predominantly white and very likely not from the poor class of white at that, and the female part if anything gets you preferential treatment these days.
The reason she isn’t included in important decisions is because when they gave her a huge and important task, the border, she did absolutely nothing with it, not even a good pretend optic. Just a pathetic one, too little too late. Why would they give her any other decision making power?
She is just like the stupid and incompetent women I knew in the corporate world who bitched that they were discriminated against because of their gender when the truth was they were discriminated against because they were inferior performers.
