As I understand it, it is unusual, absent a doctor being present, for an unattended death to not have an autopsy. That one was not ordered for a Supreme Court Justice, and that a local judge would rush to declare the death natural causes, makes one think of Chappaquidick and Teddy Kennedy. Mary Jo Kapekni's (sp) body was whisked away on the orders of a friendly judge and local LE, and the question of why still hangs over him.

The whole thing is far too nice and neat to be true, imo.
