Because she used it as ablidgeon against people who dared to voice an opinion different from hers and it was a big part of why the board is a joke.

Does his sexual orientation matter? Last week alone the movement spiked over 3,000 new WalkAways.

Not only did you spell it wrong, you used it wrong as well. It's not about political correctness nor is it about being triggered. And I'm fairly certain that the whole stones and glass houses thing applies here with your "intellectually lazy" comment, coming from the person who essentially copies and pastes the majority of his posts with slogans along the lines of "democrats (communists)" or "liberalism is a mental disorder".

The lesbian moderator at POA used her sexual orientation as a gag to silence anyone who dared disagree, as as such, is an appropriate subject for conversation. If she didn't want people to label her a lesbian, and as a lesbian who used her sexual identity as a bludgeon, she wouldn't have done so.
The idea that people are right because of where they put their thing is a made up form of insanity invented by homosexuals to force people to tell them that they approve of them.
The modern activist homosexual loves when people attack their sexuality. It proves to them how special they are.
What they hate is when people ridicule them for demanding notice and special privilege because they like the same thing in a woman that men do.
LevelWing being a politically correct automaton, wants to force me to speak like he speaks to reinforce his perception of rightness based on external pressure from feminists and homosexuals, all of which is designed to elevate them and reduce the rest of us.
If you're still with me, that is exactly how the lesbian modertor behaved at POA and it earned her special status with me, just not the special status she demanded.

I don't know if what you're accusing her of is true, but even if it is, you think attacking someone based on their sexual preference as opposed to their ideological views is acceptable? Hardly conservative.

I used to really enjoy POA when I first got into aviation. It was an excellent resource of information and experience. There is still a lot of that there, but it's gone downhill since they closed the Spin Zone (which I never participated in). Now it seems like people test the limits because they can and it results in threads like this being deleted.
I wish there was a decent site for general aviation, much like POA used to be. I enjoy MooneySpace for Mooney specific stuff and there's a good group of folks over there, some of which I have met and enjoy hanging out with.

PoA was a great resource and a friendly GA forum, at one time. It's gone way down hill, now being run by a MC that has longed outlived their usefulness.
There is now a group that their only real contribution is to endless childish attempts at humor that have basically taken over. And then of course you still have the serial bullshitters that entertain everyone with their constant fiction of all the great things they have never done.
Occasionally I'll scan the recent post to see if there is anything worth reading, which is almost never. I don't even bother logging in anymore.

I've been thinking about brewing beer. At the same time I've been told it is insanely difficult to get a good brown ale, but what do "they" know, right?
And then my doctor goes and tells me that I need to start this new drug and alcohol is out...sigh.
I could always give it away, right?
